Time: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Location: Cousino High School
Fair Set-Up (3:30 PM – 5:00 PM):
Setting up tables, chairs, and signage.Food Set-Up/Maintenance (4:00 PM – 5:00 PM & 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM):
Set up food and beverages for the college and military representatives. Stay in the area to greet representatives, assist them, and maintain a clean and organized space.Representative Check-In Station/Greeter (5:00 PM – 6:00 PM):
Welcome and check in college and military representatives as they arrive. Guide them to their assigned tables once they’re checked in.Representative Guides (5:00 PM – 6:00 PM):
Help guide representatives to their tables, provide them with a map, and show them where key areas (like restrooms and food) are located.Fair Attendees Check-In Station/Greeter (6:00 PM – 7:00 PM & 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM):
Greet students and attendees, ensuring they scan their phone barcode pass before entering. Provide maps and assist with any questions attendees may have.Hospitality Cart (6:00 PM – 7:00 PM & 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM):
Walk around the event offering coffee, water, and refreshments to college, trade, and military representatives to ensure they stay refreshed and energized.Clean-Up Crew (8:00 PM – 9:00 PM):
Help clean up any leftover refreshments, break down tables, and remove signage after the event ends.
